Had a quote and followed it up based on other firms availability. I found the service very good overall and would recommend them. On the survey prior to quotation they found an issue left by previous installer. They explained everything as needed and were very accommodating.

Everything about our experience with Norflame was perfect. From the professional and charming sale with Duncan to the efficient and friendly post installation help from Martin. Most importantly the scaffolders they subcontracted were considerate and careful but the icing on the cake was the professional, careful and friendly installation completed by Carl and Daniel. They were perfectionists and the end result is smart, sharp and, well, perfect. I can't sing their praises enough and I can't recommend Norflame enough.
